Refund Policy

According to our internal trade policy, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We follow an All-Sales Policy only. Please make sure you're ordering the right size and products.

If you receive a product that is the wrong size or damaged, you must provide a valid video showing the damage. You will need to send the item back to us for an exchange, as we do not offer a pickup service for exchanges.

Refund may take up to 7-8 days.
